Rad sa djecom je uvijek posebno inspirativan.
Volim njihovu spontanost, otvorenost i prihvatam izazov da se prilagodim njihovim potrebama i mogućnostima.
Kroz KliK program primjene zvuka u radu sa djecom naučila sam da je dijetetovo trenutno ponašanje, kakvo god ono bilo, jedina moguća reakcija u tom trenutku. Mi je samo trebamo prihvatiti, razumjeti i pokušati se prilagoditi, kako bismo došli do višeg cilja.
U protekla 2 mjeseca počela sam da radim sa jednim dječakom, 7 god. Dječak potiče iz stabilne porodice gdje mu se posvećuje dosta pažnje. Nema medicinskih dijagnoza, a razlog njegovog dolaska je mucanje. A kako znam da svaki naš tjelesni simptom ima korijen u našim mislima i emocijama, znala sam da trebamo proći temeljit put kako bismo u konačnici došli do suzbijanja i potpunog otklanjanja simptoma mucanja.
Ono što sam mogla primijetiti jeste da dječak ima netipično ponašanje, koje izlazi iz naših standardnih okvira. A šta to znači... Vrlo je otvoren i iskren u komunikaciji, dosta je samostalan ali i traži pomoć ako mu zatreba. Mnogo voli brojeve i slova. Veseo je i ne boji se pustiti glas, slobodan je da se zauzme za sebe. Nema strah od autoriteta ali ga zna poštovati. Pun je ljubavi, nježnosti i pažnje. Veoma je brz, kreativan, maštovit i aktivan. Uživam pratiti njegovu dinamiku, kreacije i istraživački duh. Potrebe koje se javljaju u početku našeg druženja i na kojima radimo pored mucanja su razumijevanje, prihvatanje, podrška, opuštanje, uzemljenje, pažnja, koncentracija, fokusiranost, smirenost, poštivanje pravila, relaksacija cijelog tijela... i jos jako puno detalja.
Do sada smo imali 5 susreta. Voli zvuk, blizak mu je, istražuje okolinu i osluškuje zvukove različitih instrumenata. U prva 4 susreta nije dozvoljavao da mu zvučne zdjele stavljam na tijelo. Danas, 5. susret, dopustio je da zvučna zdjela klizi duž cijelog njegovog tijela, leđa, ruke, noge, pa čak i po nekoliko puta. To je ogroman napredak. Sa vama želim podijeliti predivan feedback njegove majke nakon današnjeg susreta.
„On baš voli ići kod Vas. Zanimljivo mu je. Sjeo je i riješio osmosmjerku na engleskom. To je baš napredak koncetracije. Radio je to i prije ali do sada nikad nije cijelu riješio. Govor je sve bolji, baš se popravio. A i lijepo je spavao sinoć.“
Zahvalna za otvorenost roditelja da pruže priliku čudesnom zvuku i njegovim frekvencijama da se malo „poigra“ sa našim dječakom.

Working with children is always particularly inspiring.
I love their spontaneity, openness and accept the challenge to adapt to their needs and possibilities.
Through the KliK program of applying sound in working with children, I learned that the child's current behavior, whatever it may be, is the only possible reaction at that moment. We just need to accept it, understand it and try to adapt, in order to reach a higher goal.
In the past 2 months, I started working with a boy, 7 years old. The boy comes from a stable family where he is given a lot of attention. There are no medical diagnoses, and the reason for his visit is stuttering. And as I know that each of our physical symptoms has a root in our thoughts and emotions, I knew that we should go through a thorough path in order to finally get to the suppression and complete elimination of stuttering symptoms.
What I could notice is that the boy has atypical behavior, which goes out of our standard framework. And what does that mean... He is very open and honest in his communication, he is quite independent but also asks for help if he needs it. He likes numbers and letters very much. He is cheerful and not afraid to let his voice out, he is free to stand up for himself. He is not afraid of authority but knows how to respect it. He is full of love, tenderness and attention. He is very quick, creative, imaginative and active. I enjoy following his dynamics, creations and investigative spirit. The needs that appear at the beginning of our conestion and that we work on in addition to stuttering are understanding, acceptance, support, relaxation, grounding, attention, concentration, focus, calmness, following the rules, relaxation of the whole body... and many more details.
So far we have had 5 sessions. He loves sound, he is close to it, explores the environment and listens to the sounds of different instruments. In the first 4 sessions, he did not allow me to put the singing bowls on his body. Today, the 5th session, he let the singing bowl slide all over his body, back, arms, legs, even several times. That's a huge improvement. I want to share with you the wonderful feedback of his mother after today's meeting.
"He really likes going to your place. It's interesting to him. He sat down and solved the figure crosswords in English. That is exactly the progress of concentration. He's done it before, but he's never solved the whole thing until now. His speech is getting better, he has really improved. And he slept well last night."
Grateful for the openness of the parents to give the wonderful sound and its frequencies a chance to "play" with our boy.
